All water activities are available with boat and personal watercraft rentals available at local marina. Kids can play at LBJ Yacht Club & Marina Waterpark which is a short drive from town home.
The town of Marble Falls is only 6 miles from Horseshoe Bay and offers fine dining, great nightlife with several clubs along Main Street, shopping and a large eight screen movie theatre. The Hill Country Community Theatre feature features local talent.
The town is three levels with three bedrooms and two baths on upper level, living, dining and half bath on middle level and fourth bedroom and bath on lower level. THe master has a king size waterbed, guest with queen bed, guest with trundle and bunk beds and lower level bedroom with twin beds. Fully equipped modern kitchen and comfortable living area located on middle level.
The new Marriott Resort is ust a short drive from town home with great diing in teh Lantana Bar & Grill plus Starbuck coffee served in gift shop.
