The townhome is conveniently located on Island Drive in the heart of Horseshoe Bay Resort. Enjoy 2700 sq ft of living area with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There is a large master suite encompassing the entire top floor with small private deck overlooking the lake and another balcony in front. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor- one with twin trundle beds and walk in closet and the other with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms open out to the covered boat slip and a small deck. The main floor, with modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable den with fireplace, has a large deck overlooking the lake which is perfect for lounging in the sun or eating outside. The kitchen and wetbar have new appliances and granite countertops. The townhome includes electric boat lift and boat house (7-1/2 feet in width- please check your boat). Just bring your swimsuit and what you like to eat!
