We provide full service management which includes:

• paying association bills every month
  
• collect and track assessments for each unit
• coordinate and repairs and maintenance services
• respond to phone calls and correspondence from unit owners
• prepare documents / provide info to title companies for property sale / refinance
• coordinate and attend annual meetings
• prepare annual budgets
• make bank deposits / reconcile bank statements / prepare financial statements.

We do NOT markup or charge a handling fee on any services provided by our vendors. You pay no additional fees over the monthly contract fee. We are dedicated to providing our clients with professional, reliable and timely property management service. We currently manage a number of well established associations and will be happy to provide references upon request.

Management & Rental of Individually Owned Properties

Highland Management applies professional rental management techniques to the rental of your property. We work with each individual owner to create a rental system to meet their needs.

Owners may have access to the use of their property as well as enjoy the benefits of rental during times they do not plan on using it. We focus our attention to the Horseshoe Bay Resort area only and have many years experience in the rental industry.

We provide full service management which includes:

• paying of monthly invoices
• generating rentals
• collection of rents
• check-in and check-out of renters
• clean-up
• routine maintenance and repairs
• monthly accounting
